Any electronic lock mechanism, such as those on shipping containers, trucks, and other high-security lock options, can be seamlessly integrated with AnyAccess, ensuring top-notch security and ease of use across a wide range of applications.

3. User Account

To use our Service, you must create an account by providing your name, email, and mobile number. You agree to:

Keep your password confidential and secure.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Use of the App

You may use the App to manage locks, including shipping container locks, trucks, and other high-security lock options.

You must not use the App for any unlawful purposes or in violation of these terms.
You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the App or servers or networks connected to the App, including by transmitting any worms, viruses, spyware, malware, or any other code of a destructive or disruptive nature.

6. Registration and Entering Other People's Information

When registering for an account, you must provide accurate and complete information about yourself. You may enter information about other individuals to grant them access to your locks. By entering other people's information, you confirm that you have obtained their consent to do so. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you enter about other individuals is accurate and up-to-date. We are not liable for any issues arising from the entry of inaccurate or unauthorized information about other individuals.

7. Paid Subscriptions

Some features of the App may require a paid subscription. By subscribing to these features, companies agree to pay the applicable subscription fees on behalf of their users. Users will not pay subscriptions directly; the subscribing companies will cover the monthly fees for users. Companies have the right to cancel their subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, users will continue to have access to the subscribed features until the end of the current billing period. To cancel a subscription, companies can do so through the App's account settings or by contacting our support team at support@anyaccess.com.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property related to AnyAccess are owned by us or our licensors. This includes, but is not limited to, software code, design elements, logos, and any other proprietary information. You may not use our intellectual property without prior written consent. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our designs, including UX flows, is strictly prohibited.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AnyAccess, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

Your use of and access to the Service.
Your violation of any term of these Terms and Conditions.
Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.
Any claim that your use of the Service caused damage to a third party.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
